I purchased the product “Noise ColoFit Pro 3 Smartwatch – Jet Blue | B08PZ7VVTT” on 14.06.2022. Since there was a typo error in the address Pincode, the delivery executive behaved rudely and denied delivering the order. I admitted my mistake and was waiting for the refund, but surprisingly after 2-5 business days, I haven’t got the refund. Every time I tried to contact customer service, they told refund had already been done though the same is not reflecting in my bank account. When I conveyed the message to the customer care executive, they are misbehaving with me. This type of unprofessionalism is not expected from Amazon. They are just looting money in this way.
