I ordered 11 items from Amazon and the product was delivered to me 10-12 November 2022 but i received a different sizes and defective products I returned it to Amazon.and they told me to wait 3-4days and the amount will reflect in my bank account but even after 4 days I didn’t get my money back so even after countless complaints they are not providing me Refund Reference Number and I also visited the bank branch but they said without the RRN number they are unable to do anything and even after 1.5 months they always tell me to wait no real resolution and they are saying they have already refunded the money but if that’s the truth then they should provide the RRN number.
