Respected sir/ madam
My contact no is 8974758561.this is registered no.
On 1st may I request your customer support officer to active monthly 272 pack (after communicating ) but your customer officer activate Rs360 pack on 7th may and from 7th may to till now more than ten times i talked your customer service officer to change my monthly pack but till now problem is not solved. Now my dish is become suspended.
My question is
1. How many days you required to change pack???
2. Why your customer officer giving us wrong information??? (as I don’t know that’s why we called your customer care officer)
3. Without showing any channel why my money is deducting from my dish account day by DAY???? who is responsible for your customer service officer mis guide.as he active 360 pack without talking with me.
