Dear Sir/Madam,
From past 1 week my trying to port my number, however every time I send SMS to 1900 I didn’t get port code from Vodafone.
I have called several time to customer service and they keep say due to a technical issue your problem will be resolved.
However, so far it has not resolved, please take the matter seriously and let me know your action.
