Actually I ordered the products of dresses from Myntra of total cost 5620. Ordered on 8 March 2020. Three products delivered on 11-3-2020. Than 2 Products delivered on 13-3-2020. 2 Products delivered on 14-3-2020. 2 Products delivered on 15-3-2020. On 16-3-2020 , two products delivered. But the person who received these products get confused and not understood about these products. So he returned all products except 2 because they get tear down. Now Delivery Boy named as Mukesh collect these products and retrned back. When I came to know about whole scenario, I called Delivery Boy , he told me that Product is in Godown. But Lock down is going on . As Godown open, I will delivered you . I told please call when Godown open. After Lockdown ,I called he told he is not at office. Tomorrow I will returned your packets. Than I call again , he told that Packets have been packed in Bag. I will discuss with Delivery Center Owner. Than after 3 days I called , He didn’t pick. Many times , I Called but no reply . Than I tried after 15 days , he didn’t reply. He blocked my Number. Than I tried several times, same number was blocked. Than my friend called him than he told his name is Madhur. he told lie. Than I came to know about center address . I reached there. I told to owner. He told we will search. Net day he told we don’t know about products. Talk to Delivery Boy. Delivery Boy told that I placed in Godown. So Owner told its matter of boy and Customer. I will not help you. I told he is employee of yours. I have called to Myntra Customer Care helpline but they told its not matter of us . Center told talk to boy or Myntra. Myntra told you have to contact in 5 days from product. How did i contact them when i know that product is in Godown & Lock down is going on ? Address of Center is Myntra Delivery Center, Ranjeet Nagar Alwar 301001
