Text of Complaint by Venkareddy:

Hi, my sim card is not getting network, I recharged my number with 1 year plan I called to customer care “they told me that my sim got damaged” please visit nearest airtel store and get a new sim.
I told them that the sim card holder is not able to go the store, she is in bedrest. They told me that no need to go to store get the required documents (photo copy, identity proof of sim card holder)
As said by customer care service I went to airtel store at Mehdipatnam they said that documentation work not doing here and suggested me to go to Begumpet airtel store.
I went to Begumpet airtel store there also said that no documentation work doing here, where should I go . It’s very urgent to get a sim card.
If you remove the service of documentation work , please provide some other service like to get details of simcard holder at their home with your support.
