I have booked a flight ticket on paytm with booking ID- 12337364304 from lucknow to benglore at 3 jan 2021. I cancelled it at 12 dec 2020. Paytm is not returning my refundable amount neither they are telling when they return despite I talked to paytm customer care many times they just saying our team is working.
