Text of Complaint by Preetam Singh Meena:

I booked my ticket from travolook.in on 17th Feb, 2022 with reference id “REF438801843″. I got a message saying they will give confirmation about my ticket in half an hour and after 15 minutes I got call from them saying that my ticket has been cancelled due to ” fair Expiration”. They told me that amount will be refunded to my bank account with 10 to 15 working days. I also emailed them about it and called their customer number as well and they assured me the same. Even after six months, i haven’t received my refund. They give new excuses all the time. They were saying that refund has been initiated from their side but it is stuck with merchant. They keep giving me new excuses. Last time they said your refund process has been initiated again from the scratch and now again they are saying that it is stuck with merchant. I am so frustrated with this site. I checked on internet and several people have been duped by this site. Kindly help in getting my refund and also take strict action against them.
