About 4 weeks ago I had ordered a top and still not know where it is the product is not delivered although I delivered a mail in help desk they also didn’t answer it once.
What’s the issue with the store that they can’t even reply they customer.
Still the status is not clear.
I think this is the only reason why they took payment in advance.
I need the status of my product ordered.
Asap.
