1) On 6th July 2020 – Mr. Ashok T, from your home loan department visited my office and initiated a Home loan Transfer application from ICICI Bank to HDFC Ltd. (chamera records, register records- available) 2) On 13th June 2020 – HDFC Ltd, send me notification of my home loan process initiation. HDFC LTD Sat, Jun 13, 7:00 AM to BHAVNABAGGA.TEG Dear Customer,Greetings from HDFC LtdWe extend our warm welcome to the HDFC Ltd family. Thank You,HDFC Ltd.3) I have all call records to Mr. Ashok T, Mr. Srikanth, Mr. Sreenivas, Mr. Mahesh & Ms. Suneeta – on 99% times we initiating a follow up, me calling and chasing my loan process status, my questions have never been answered in a professional manner – by email communication. I have all the e-mail conversations, call records, whats app records and also video records from my office about your staff members misleading and unnecessarily dragging the simple loan transfer process. 4) Rate of interest been informed over calls – never by e-mail (false communication – I am eligible for 7.0 %rate of Interest) 5) Unprofessional lapses in communications over documentation. All e-mail from your team have been misleading, not providing any formal request of A, B, C, D process – documents requirement, rate of interst none have been communicated in a professional and legitimate format. 6) Its hight of stupidity that a loan transfer application hs taken your branch – over 7th June – initiation has taken over 90 days for you to move forward. 7) Your team misled me to not pay downpayment to ICICI for month of July & August and caused me to pay almost 20,000 Rs. over and above what I should have paid to ICICI Ltd, also becsue of your team wanting me to close my Kotak Mahindra Car Loan , I had to do a full closure causing me again to pay them 2,76,000 Rupees upfront. 8) All this 3 months your team has mislead, misrepresented and miscommunicated and made me do things I should have ideally not done. 9) 

1. Its been over 3 months your team has mismanaged, miscommunicated and has been highly unprofessional
