Text of Complaint by Sachin Singh:

I had placed a order on June 15th at 03:21Am.

After placing the order i waited,but didn’t get any food from ZOMATO.

In the morning,i tried to speakup with resturant,but they hasn’t pick my call.I tried to talk with ZOMATO Delivery support chat.

They checked my problem and said that the restaurant hasn’t accepted my order but was showing delivered and i didn’t get any.

They said sorry for this error and said that i will get back my refund in 24 hours.

I had waited so long. Everytime they do it..!

How is this possible that restaurant has not accepted the order and i get notification of my order has been accepted and after waiting for 4 hours i didn’t get my food..and it showed delivered.

Then where’s my food? Forget the food! Where is my money?
