Sir the problem is simple I and my family are just getting 1 bar or maximum 2 bars in my house and area even after asking for help no one wants to help better reasons known to you all for this. I am attaching some images for you all so that you can judge my problem better.
I AM ATTACHING SOME FILES FOR YOU AS A PROOF WHAT ERROR AND PROBLEMS I AM FACING IN MY AREA ALL THIS HAS ALREADY BEEN SHARED WITH SOME OF YOUR JIO PEOPLE WHO ARE HERE IN ALLAHABAD TO SEE THAT EVERYTHING GOES WELL BUT I BELIEVE EVEN THEY DON’T WANT TO COME FORWARD AND HELP. I HOPE YOU WILL LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND HELP. JUST CROSSING MY FINGERS.
Sir even you will agree to this that if the signal is low then the speed of the data will also be low I hope you will agree on this statement. As even you all also say the same thing as it has been said in your my jio app about the signal thing. Anyways coming back to the point I have sent and shown all the problems in the photographs which are here attached in this email for your reference also you can see the time is changing but the signal is either 1 bar or 2 bars and it has never increased. What is the problem with jio that they dont want to install a tower near my house or dont have funds. I believe jio is a big company and having a good money by us as we have paid a good amount to you all for the betterment for ourselves.
Also would like to add up here I was on a survey regarding the problem in my area is it either me or there are other’s who are facing the same problem and i was not surprised to hear this that 75 to 80 percentage people agreed that jio speed and signal have really gone bad in this area.
here in my area we have a big temple some good shops 2 big societies allahabad is not a big town even if u shift a particular tower to save money that can also be a solution to the problem only if you all want to do it.
