I have booked Magnum resort hotel from 29th dec-1st Jan, it was confirmed the first week and after 10-15 days i got a call that the hotel is denying the checkin, hence the reservation will get cancel. The booking was pre paid fully and it was non refundable. Goibibo is not helping us to either get the confirmation from same place or book any alternate option. Our money is stuck and time is flying we are not getting any help. I have been calling every 3 days the customer support and what I hear is they will call us back come back but nothing is happening. I have spoke to many people from support people like kajal sharma, raksha KUMARI, priyanka, bandana manjhi, shubham, taran and few of them promised to get some output within 2 hrs or 30 mins or a day but whenever I call I have been asked to wait for 72 hrs and I am waiting it just wasting my time and giving me mental trauma as I can see with there support they can deny booking at very last minute and I will leave with nothing in my hand.
I am not understanding what is the blocker? why they cant book alternate hotel if booked hotel denied the check-in? why it is taking so long? why no action can be taken ? or get confirmation with the same hotel?
