i am prominent user of airtel from 2011, i am using airtel no.08755066001 . in january i lost my phone from january they are not giving me my duplicate sim the issue is name is not match i means if this is issue is from airtel side what is my fault in this ? WHY I AM BEAR ALL THIS BULLSHITS from last 6 months. i have provided the same id with same person but they are not support at all. the issue is with name id it is written in english as DHURAB KUMAR but in his syytem they are written as DUKH KUMAR , i want to ask why it is written like this . maybe they are illiterate or whAT THEY DONT KNOW HOW WRITE THE NAME .
