booked an order on 11-Jan-22, estimated delivery was showing 13-Jan-22. But after that, it keeps changing and currently showing 18-Jan-22. when I write to cs@jiomart.com and then escalate the same to cshead@jiomart.com. JIO started playing a foul game that we are going to deliver in 24 hours. and that 24 hours never meet.
Feeling strange that being a prime member we are facing such treatment, and that’s also from JIO. is there any further escalation above cshead@jiomart team?
