I am a Purple Studio member and my member I’d is 2280085 in my name Deepak Kukreja, whenever we are doing booking in any resort anytime any season we never get confirmation, same travel dates the booking is easily available for non members on paid basis please refer screenshots, though I have paid handsome amount for this membership and paying ₹18.75k as ASF every year but still I can’t enjoy holidays using this useless membership, I need confirmation of my waitlist number 10924963.
