I recently recharged my Airtel digital TV (customer ID : 3020376476) with 221/-
I checked on your website and found the pack of 221 is best for us and did recharge for 221/- through Gpay. The recharge was successful, but we don’t get channels as mentioned in the pack. The channels we used to watch are missing like Surya and Zee keralam. I tried to call the customer executive, but the call didn’t connect.
Please do needful.
