I order the food on 5th June. It was accepted and was ready to prepare the food from novelty restaurant in bistupur, Jamshedpur jharkhand
But it was got cancelled as the delivery person could not reach me via call due to some network issue .
But I haven’t receive any call on that day.
They have no refunded my money, by saying that, it’s complete cancellation charge for order, since they have to compensate their partners for the same
