Text of Complaint by Rajev Naik:

I had stayed in fab hotel silver in in NOIDA from 18-2-19 to 21-2-19 through booking made from booking.com. I was not given bill while checking out & was told that it will be sent by e-mail. I have not got that mail so far. When I talked to hotel, they are saying that they will give bill to booking.com site only. Even that site is refusing to give me my bill saying that hotel will give your bill directly to you. I feel they have pocketed all the amount I gave to them & so are UNWILLING TO GIVE ME BILL.
