I have subscribed to Tata Sky for DTH services (above is my Subscription details). I had a really good experience for almost 10 years. And hence I have paid for multiple services. However since 3rd of November I had issue with two services i.e. Tata Sky and Tata Binge.
As my account was old and out of any warranty it was informed to me that I will need to pay for replacing remote. Do this I agreed and it was told to me that a resolution will be provided with 24 hrs. This time executive did come but he brought wrong remote. He left saying he will come back with correct remote, but the work order raised was closed (WO# 1PYMAG5H) on 8th of November without any intimation or solution. I kept chasing them but was of no use. At this point I was already paying for Tata Sky service without being able to use it. I tried to remove channels so that it costed me less. But to complete request I need to switch on the set top box. Which was not possible as my remote was not working.
Every time I called to chat with customer service they gave me TAT on 24 hrs but no one showed up. On 20th November my tata sky binge device also stopped working. This time I raised strong complain as both services were down. I had called up multiple times but every time they kept saying wait for 24 hrs. But nothing happened, finally on 22nd November another executive came and he gave replaced remote. But was did not the hardware to replace binge. So again went back and then work order was closed since then I raised multiple request to resolve this as well as have twice placed cancellation request. But I have been totally ignored. Please help me.
