I ordered 4 items through Amazon, a monitor , keyboard , a gaming pad and a pen drive . I got my order delivered on 25th September and when I checked it , keyboard gamepad and pen drive was missing.the Amazon package was also completely opened. I tried to contact customer support and they told me that they have started investigation and results will be told on 30th September. I called them on 1st October but they told me that order was safely delivered and no return or refund will be done . I am at a loss of 2500 rupees. Please help me
