I purchase a philips company trimmer from Amazon on 9th April 2023.
After few run of the product only its not working completely.
I requested to Amazon for return/ refund but they didn’t they told me to go to Philips service.
I try many time contact to philips consumer, after doing dozens of try they take my call & they said they will take action soon
But they taken a month of the time in approving the request.
And after that also they are saying to me to courier your product by a bus to their care center.
My question here when i purchase a product online from
Amazon & they given me at my home. Now Why you/philips not giving the product to my home or atleast near by place.
Its already 45 days after filing a complaint in Amazon & Philips.
& I didn’t receive my product till yet.
Its very said in this situation i’ll not recommend anyone to buy product from Amazon l
