I was just ordered a Levi’s Men’s Slim Jeans on 10th July i received order on 16th of July.When I opened the pack it’s different company jeans i was ordered Levi’s jeans but I got downy company jeans at that moment I just apply for return and refund and next day 17th of July product pick-up. After four days on 21 of July i not get my refund then I contact to Amazon call centre. After contacting them they said please wait for 3-4 days more ..on 25th of July again I contact to Amazon call centre, they registered investigation on this and Said please wait for 3 days of investigation..After 3 days on 29th of July i contact to Amazon call centre they said that sorry sir your return product is not correct which u send..
