I order 2 pair of Denim from Ketch App, When I received that product one product is defected and another product had size fit issue, I returned both on the same day within 1-2 hours of receiving the order, and waited for almost 10-12 days for refund, when I don’t get it, I called her customer care, they told me your one product is not passed in quality checkup, so we cannot refund for that, I thought their might be some fault from courier side, but when I searched the rating and feedback on playstore, I found there are many customers which had the same issue of refunding, this is habit of Ketch, to receive the return product and not refund to their customers. Please take a legal action against this app.
