Dear Sir/Madam, I am Manikuntala Dey, I am ordering a Geysar by flipkart 13/01/2023 emi partner Zest Money, but 1year later the Geysar was stop working and flipkart was refunded the whole amount to the Zest Money account, but my last emi I have been paid on 5th Jan ’24, and 8th Jan’24 the whole amount that is 4849/- was credited. So my concern that my emi was done time to time, and suddenly the whole amount was refunded to Zest Money, and till now it’s not reflecting in my bank account. Please help me out that things. Several times I’m calling the customer care number but they was ignore that, but they confence that the money is return there account. My amount was cleared but the refund amount go to the Zest Money. Please do the needful.
