The reason I am requesting a refund is because I am not happy with the product. Does it look different to the picture advertising it.

I read Ajio terms and conditions and I am well aware that customers are entitled to a full refund but still I am not getting a refund amount.
Already this process of Ajio took too much of my time. Really very unsatisfactory service.
