Sir/Madam,
I purchase a mobile from Flip kart with exchange of another phone. But at the time of new phone delivery the exchange of old phone got cancelled and I pay the remaining amount by cash to the delivery boy.
The delivery date was 28/10/2021…. But from 02 months till now I complained so many times to generate a fresh invoice , but they always generate me old invoice which has a amount breakup with the old exchange value… For this I don’t able to reimburse my mobile purchase amount from my company…
When I call to Customer care they always give me next promising date and again and again this date got forward to next new date… and many of time when I want to talk with senior executive they disconnect the phone…..
I become too much frustrated with this issue, Either they Return the Product or Generate me a new Invoice,
Becoming a Plus & Prime member they harassed me too much from last 02 months…..
