Hi,
This is to inform you that i have ordered a watch for my daughter from amazon.in. It was supposed to dlivred on 11th of september. But due to some reason they were unable to deliver it on time. Then i contacted the amazon custome service on 12th morning asking for what was happend. They said dont worry it will be delivered by tomorrow. Then on 13th i again called tem up and they said it will be delivered by 12 noon. them again i called them up after 12 and literally pleade them to deliver the product by 6 since its my daughters birthday.. They again said dont worry it will be delivered by the day end. Now im writting this complain on 14th morning being completely hopeless. This guys made false promises and mislead me when i get back to them for help.. all they did just buy their time to avoid the situation. When the product already arrived at the nearest warehouse then why it is taking so long to deliver that is beyond my understanding.
I would request you to look upon the matter and try to solve it as soon as possible and take needful steps against this kind of unprofessional attitudes.
