I have ordered mobile in amazon on oct 27th. I have done payment from my credit card while ordering. I have mentioned my address and I have called amazon coustemer support on the same day whether they will be able to deliver the product to my door step. They said yes. After two days now they are saying they won’t be able to deliver to my address so they are cancelling order and They will refund my amount after 3 days. Becuase of this I’m not able to order anything outside of amazon my money struck. By the time money refund all diwali offers will get expired than I need to pay more money for same product if I wanna buy outside amazon. Mentally also it affected me so much. Previously they have delivered one product to same address I do have that order details also.
