Sir,
It is regretting to inform you regarding the behaviour of ekart staff. I have ordered a infinix phone on your portal and today was the delivery of that phone. But at the time of exchange of old phone the delivery boy asked some irrelevant questions like yours screen is damaged, why you are exchanging the old one, at what price you have purchased the old one?
In my point of view Above questions are totally irrelevant and unacceptable as its a personal matter and the delivery partner should perform his job properly and professionally. Also at all the time he tried to make us to cancel the item. Every time he was requesting me that ‘sir ye item cancel kar dijiye’ so that he will sell the cancel item in the local market. Its the sensitive matter for the prestige of flipkart. He should remember that even in the event of no exchange I can pay the difference amount to receive the item.
Also the delivery boy not delivered the phone today. Whenever I order any item to the relatives living in state of Bihar,
