I have ordered mobile phone from the great Indian festival, order id is 403-9394799-0631501. It has been 10 days and no delivery date is given for the order and it’s not shipped yet. At the time of booking the estimated delivery was told 3 days.
I have contacted customer care continuously for a week and they are helpless. They promised to give the product and I have missed an opportunity to get the same mobile from a different store.
