Dear Sir/Madam,

I had ordered vegetables on JioMart on 27-04-2021 the delivery date was 30-04-2021 , subsequently the order was not delivered on the particular day and contacted the Local Delivery person of JioMart ( Mr. Arun Srinivasan) but the person didn’t answered the call. Tried to reach the person nearly 25-30 times for last 3 days but the delivery person not answering the call. Apart from that logged a compliant in JioMart ie ticket raised on 30 th April, subsequently on 1 st May 2021 and nearly 4-5 compliant raised still there is no response from their end. Unique reply ” Sorry for the inconvenience and apologize from my end ” we will make to deliver the product within 48 days. its happening last 4 days. really frustrated and fedup with service. At least they have to intimate the update through call. Just rescheduling the date in the app. It doesn’t mean any sense for the customer. They not even cancelling the order which really frustrated from the customer end. so pathetic services from JioMart.. Nice client service by the owner of Mr. Mukesh Ambani who is one the richest person in India and in the world but he fails to service the customer at a disappointing status. Kindly take it to the next level for finding a solution has this should not happen in future for others like me.
