Text of Complaint by Rejila Velandy:

I have placed the orders of 9 items through Amazon on 12th July and suppose to get delivered from 16,17 And 18. On 16th the order shown ‘Return to seller’. So I contacted the customer service and they said it was damaged on arrival. On 17th I was expecting next order to be delivered and end of the day it was showing the return to seller. Customer service said they had a problem in Logistics Team and couldn’t let out for delivery. When I asked them to cancell all my orders, they said they can’t initiate it. They said I have to wait until the product arrives and cancel at th door step. Today I was suppose to get another 3 items, but then showed the same message. When I contacted them they said it can be with so many reasons. When I told them to cancell all my orders , they did it. But then to get my money back they said I have to wait until the item goes back to seller. While on delivery date i haven’t received any call from delivery agent and I even asked the Amazon customer service if they could provide me the delivery agent number and they denied.
