I’ve ordered 2 aline kurtas with duppattas on 30 th March 2025 . I prepaid the amount of 2700 rs. tk their bank account via qr code. I was expecting the dress before 25 th may , because I had a marriage function. They agreed t9 it, assured that it will be delivered within 30 working days. Ive contacted them multiple times and again many times I’ve shared them the product details. They informed 2 weeks time period to wait multiple times. It was very difficult to contact them and often very less response and fraud behaviour. Their contact support via WhatsApp, email and instagram was a failure and they haven’t refunded the money upto May 27 th. They have clearly violated my cusumer rights and refuses to refund. They have caused me serious money loss and I couldn’t even wear the expected dress for the function.
