I have ordered one Sofa set on 23rd July with order ID OD125528425923911000 and it was showing my delivery date will be on 3rd of August but still I didn’t get my order, I called so many times to the customer care but they simply gave me new date and asking me to wait till given date and once timeline is over they are giving new date.
They have raised incident IN22080812562712282015 as well but even after completion the provided SLA of the Incident again they are giving new date.
I have ordered the product on EMI and it’s time to generate EMI bill. I also mentioned that I will not be available on the provided location after 8th of August so request you to cancel the order if you guys have not delivered in provided delivery date but they are not even cancelling my order even after violating all the timelines. Simply they are telling it’s the policy that we can’t cancel this order and it’s mentioned but even i didn’t get order also they what we people do. in Order it’s also mentioned that it will be delivered by 3rd August 2022 , they why they are not stick on their timeline.
