Sorry to say you but we are getting very very 3rd class & worst service by valmo persons in Aurangabad Maharashtra region, not listening any person from top to bottom. Not ready to deliver parcel on time nor supporting at any condition. Also delivery person is not receiving calls then why are you mentioning number there.
First Valmo kept the parcel more than one week in Pune hub after huge follow up sent from Pune to Aurangabad and after that we faced such unfavorable issue.
I contacted to three person from Aurangabad but giving countinously fake commitments. Not coming for delivery only showing in app by saying customer is not reachable, delivery failed & cancelling orders without taking any concern of us by there own. After that they only told us pls re order again, we are free here doing same thing again & again. I am having all call recordings & cctv footage for this incident as a proof. Same is happening to other customers also.Now I am going to consumer court for same. Details of valmo 3 persons with contact number mentioned below:
