I ordered amazfit gts mini 2 (new model) on date 26/03/23
my order no is :- 43183
waybill number is 81177267791
issue is the paymet of the watch is done on 26th of march 2023 but the shipment is on hold.
i try calling on customer sales & support but my call did not connect i don’t know why that happened tried for 2 days constantly.
after that i get frustrated and mailed on help@amazefit.com
and explain my issue,
in reply they say my shipment is on hold because they are facing some stock unavailability,
i told him that i checked the stock while booking the watch and before payment stock is enough.
after payment i got conformation of order but my product is not delivered to me and i thing amazfit using my money unethically.
i want justice for wating my time and feeling scammed it effected me emotionally.
they commited the delevery day by 31 of march 2023 tomorrow is 31 march i will wait for the product till 31.
