I ordered food from zomato, but did not receive the order. When I enquired about order, they told me order us cancelled because, delivery partner was at doorstep and i did not receive the call.my money was taken as cancellation charge.I want to know when I have mentioned my house no and locality clearly with my name ,the name plate is on my house wall, delivery partner couldn’t knock at door and deliver the order to my house. And also if the order would have been postpaid, then would the same happened. This is a big fraud from zomatos side. They don’t care about customers, they just care about their money, once they receive the money there is no interest of them that you receive the order or not.
