I had ordered the cloth on 09.10.2022 as it showed delivery in 5 days. I got the order confirmation and tracking link same day. From last % days, its delivery partner EcomExpress shows consignment reached near to my place but it is not delivering citing error- Unable to connect. I connected the customer care of libas many times but they are not helping out. I had purchased this to gift it to my family member on Diwali and now time has come to go to home, Their irresponsible behaviour has put so much stress over me.
