ordered 2 biryani at 8:57 pm after 2 hours of delay the customer support executive saying sorry and tried to compensate with a coupon of IND50. I denied it and adjusted with IND130 Coupon. And this took at 11:12 pm. Later I ordered another 2 biryani at 11:34 pm and it also took 1 hour to respond that its delivery partner not responding and requesting me to cancel the order and compensate with IND50 at 12:44 pm . This swiggy wasted my 3 hours of precious and sleepy time with carelessness and irresponsibility and they killed my hungry and they made me to sleep with empty stomach. Is this fare ??
