Hello sir,
My name is Arun kapasiya and ordered a trimmer from your site Flipkart
actually it’s a Rakshabandhan gift,which one come once in year. As per your
app the estimate delivery of this product is given is 12 August 2022 but
still it was not delivered to me.and your customers care executive told to
wait till 17 sorry for that sir but it’s not the question of delay in
delivery it’s about the emotions and feelings for that gift.If you couldn’t
deliver the Products on time then why you mentioned the expected delivery
date? And when I called the customer service representative for deliver my
product soon your senior representative got call disconnected in between
https://t.co/zhtrRetLEu what kind of service you https://t.co/qxucK4mk1X are not delivered the
product on time and also disconnected the customer’s call.Try to deliver
the product on time so you not required to disconnected the customer’s
call.And please improve your delivery and customer service like AMAZON.They
definitely deliver the product on time the the resolution period is not
more than 24 hours try to learn from them.
