I am from Hyderabad. Even without delivering the product which I purchased from Amazon.in on June 5, 2020, the status on my account online showed that the item was delivered to me. I registered a complaint with Amazon.in customer care on the same day and on Jun 6, 2020 someone from Hyderabad delivery person called me and not only talked with me rudely but also said that I can go and file even an FIR at the police station and said that he cannot help me in this regard and disconnected the phone without even properly listening to what I was saying nor did he say if the item would be delivered or not.
This is the 3rd or 4th time that the delivery team in Hyderabad have been creating issues like this and even though I have raised complaints multiple times with Amazon.in there is no action against these people in Hyderabad and they give a feeling that the items are being given to us free of cost and even give a feeling that the entire AMAZON INDIA is owned by this deilvery agent and his number is +91 96221 50131
