we have order the food from swiggy portal at 9.49pm via online swiggy portaland after 15mins at 10:04pm in swiggy portal they updated my order status as delivered.
But we have not received the food. we have tried to reach the customer care team and their escalation team, every time they have provided us delivery boy’s contact details but they have not answered my phone calls and they have no clue about the order. swiggy cheated me and we have been charged with 556rs. without delivering the food they charged me and they updated it as delivered in the swiggy portal.
