I ordered a jamia millia islamia entrance test book for preparing my entrance test next month.
They charged extra money on the name of fast delivery and I paid that. They delivered the wrong book and then I made a return request which also takes 4 5 days. After 4 or 5 days they again delivered the wrong book which resulted in wastage of my 10 or 12 days. Who is responsible for this.
