Hi Sir,
This is Nimsha Ali from Kolkata. I want to tell you that I am purchasing a groceries product on 1st- July and delivery date was 5th July but still I am not getting my product yet and also I am not getting any refund amount.
Yesterday I have a word with your executive they inform me that already issue has been highlighted and resolution will be come within 14th-july but also last time T.T was raise and resolution time was 9th of July.
Your senior executive was to bad they did not know anything. I want my refund because timeline was crossed and I want my money back I am asking her to give the some interest amount on that I want only my back but still she tell refund will be added in Flipkart wallet but still i was not so as of now I want refund in same bank account where I was paid . And take some action against senior executive she don’t know anything about Flipkart policy . She don’t know how to handle a customer.
I have such a bad experience with her . She was also rude on call and still she repeating the same .which I don’t like that . Why you hire such senior executive like her but don’t have full access of system . Such a poor service of Flipkart.
Right now I want my product to be delivered tommorow at any cost and some complementary gift. I want resolution of my product and take some action against her .
