I ordered Amazfit Verge Lite (Refurbished
Minor Scratch) – Shark Grey. on date 23/03/2
My order number is : 42932
My invoice number is :AMIN/9996
Issue is the payment of the watch is done on 23 March 2023 but the shipment is on hold.
I try calling on customer sales and support but my call didn’t connect i don’t know why that happened traid for 5 days constantly.
After that i get frustrated and mailed on help@amazefit.com and explain my issue,
In reply they say that. the mentioned delivery location is not serviceable by our courier partner.
But before I order I have verified that it will be delivered to my address
After payment i got confirmation of order but my product is not delivered to me .
I want justice
