I have Ordered vide ID : 171-0287334-4809132 Dated 23.07.2022 but they wrongly delivered the product. I requested Amazon to deliver me an actual product. They raised the Ticket and asked me for 3 days to investigate. They passed 5 days after that they approved me to exchange the product on 29.07.22. But after they didn’t deliver the product. after lots of chatting. Finally I decided to cancel the product and raised a refund. They picked up the product on 2-8-2022 and mailed me for a refund in 2-4 business days. After lots of conversation they didn’t refund the amount yet. And today 17-08-22, I am asking for a refund, they said that they issued a ticket for investigation for 3days. You have to wait.
Almost 1 month has passed but I didn’t receive the refund.
