The expected delivery date was July 25th, but I’ve yet to receive my order despite the tracking status showing “delivered.”
Only automated mails are receiving but there is no resolution till now, I hav already complaint
I’ve contacted your customer care team multiple times, discussed the issue with the special team, and even reached out to the seller. Unfortunately, everyone has denied responsibility and failed to provide a satisfactory solution. I’ve not received a refund or replacement, and I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service.
