I ordered an item from amazon on 1st Oct.21 on which it was showing delivery date of 2nd Oct.21 but neither amazon delivered the item as per delivery date nor informed about such delay. When I contacted customer care, they told that we may deliver it by 7th Oct. but on 7the that item was of no use to me so I told them to cancel order and they cancelled the order and refunded money. But I am annoyed because I have lost my special occasion due to this delay by amazon and due to which I refused the delayed delivery. Would you talk to amazon to pay penalty for this.
