Text of Complaint by Himanshu bansal:

I ordered the food at 8:50 till9:50 no update. I contacted the ZOMATO gold support and they couldn’t connect to delivery boy too.

After awhile they cancelled my order. What kind of behavior is this? They made me wait for 1 hour for the food and delivery charges I paid them to deliver my food and they couldn’t even keep a track of their delivery boys.

On the other hand, the restaurant never contacted the delivery boy or me regarding the missing delivery boy.

Neither zomato nor Moti Mahal Delux took the liberty of notifying me or updating me for the same.

What kind of behavior is this?? Late night they cancelled my order leaving no other way to reorder the food.

Now there is no other restaurants delivering food. How will one have dinner like this?
